1.	Is it possible to get a public DNS or IP address for the Azure Internal Load Balancer?
Answer» No! As the name itself SAYS, Azure INTERNAL Load Balancer SUPPORTS only PRIVATE IP addresses, and hence the assignment of a public IP address or DNS name is not possible.
