Answer» Solution :The common elements present in the anode MUD are antimony, selenium, tellurium, SILVER, GOLD and platinum. These elements, being less reactive, are not affected by `CuSO_(4)-H_(2)SO_(4)` solution and hence settle down under anode as anode mud.
