$\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43=\sqrt{141^2}}$

$\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43=141}$

$\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}+43-43=141-43}$

$\implies\sf{\sqrt{x}=98}$

SQUARING Both SIDES

$\implies\sf{\left(\sqrt{x}\right)^2=98^2}$

$\implies\sf{x=9604}$
