Shivaji B Zaware will be its convener and other members include: two past presidents of the CA Institute - Ved Jain and Nilesh S Vikamsey. It has also written to the Reserve Bank of India and the Serious Fraud Investigation Office seeking details about IL&FS issue. The group will suggest remedial measures and improvement in the system.
