| Answer» India and Zambia signed four agreements as a part of Indian President Ram Nath Kovind's visit to three African countries. The four agreements on: 1. double taxation avoidance; 2. judicial cooperation; 3. mutual visa waivers for officials and diplomats; 4. the Entrepreneurship Development Institute that India will build in Zambia. This is the first visit to Zambia by an Indian president since 1989. Ram Nath Kovind also addressed the Zambia-India Business Forum. India has also offered Zambia medicines and medical equipment worth USD 3 million and has presented USD 100,000 for the Mahatma Gandhi School in Lusaka. | |
