Solve : 162- system option not set error?

Ok my client have Compaq deskpro466.It gives 162- system OPTION not set error in start up. And also date and time error.I thought it was cmos battery prb. So i replaced the OLD one with new one but unfortunatly same erro is poping up.Y's THT???is the board ok???I NEED ur help.PLease........You should RECONFIGURE the BIOS, not reset it.
