On multiple OCCASIONS I've tried copying files in the 60-300mb range onto my hard drive yet the copying process stops at around 50mbs and the drive disconnects and then reconnects a few minutes later WITHOUT resumption. Small files seem to be fine but it's these 50mb+ files I'm having trouble with. The drive is formatted with Fat32 and has 366.4GB used. The model number of the drive is HD-CE1.0TU2-A4. Geek-9pm has the correct drive there, however I don't think it's the issue DOCUMENTED as it seems to be exclusive to Windows. 90% of the time this external HD is accessed by my iMac or my PS3 via UPNP sharing, very rarely do I ever hook this up to a Windows computer and the problems started on the Mac OS, not Windows. I seem to be able to take files off, so I'm backing everything onto my other 1TB hard drive while I can and hunt for a solution in the meantime.Is the other drive also set up as FAT 32?
