You then spun it? The heads are damaged? You scratched the platter? Sorry mate, you just ruined any chance of data RECOVERY.Sigh.....No I opened it and when I first saw it it was all scrached. I took a look at the reader head and the head was scraching the platterI dident have anything important it was an old computer and dident have much memory on it so there was no downside and anyway data recovery is way to expensiveYou need new hard disks.
