If you right ckick on the desktop , select properties or windows 10 display settings you can detect the 2 monitors and configure the above settings. I would set them up as Extend mode. You can set the order of monitor ie your primary monitor on the left or right. If you find the mouse pointer doesn't move between the monitors without going first to the right hand edge you may need to reorder them or swap the cables. It's a little hard to explain. If you start the computer with only the display port monitor plugged in, and the blue VGA cable disconnected does the computer display anything on the monitor ?. Maybe I can delete it all and start over ?? Seems you may have the screens set as PC screen only ?
