1. I've never asked a SPECIFIC question about the 300 PL's until now.
2. As you can see, from my last post, it's been 2 YEARS, since I've asked a question on this forum.
3. I've found, since the site has been upgraded, if you don't state the EXACT wording or know the EXACT question, stated perfectly, the site rejects your question or tells you there is nothing in the data base that matches your request.
For that reason, I don't bother coming here for answers, because, it was by FLUKE, that I found the information I was seeking the first time. Now, I have to SPEND hours searching through forums, Q and A sections, etc., trying to find the answers I'm looking for. It seems this site is only geared to computer whizzes and techno geeks, not the average computer person, that has only a limited knowledge. That is why, you're a GENIUS and I'm a NEWBY. And know, I'm not confused about anything, I just refuse to pay exhorborant prices to fix something that I can do myself. Well, I think your misconceptions are showing. If you ask the question you may get told the ANSWER straight up, if possible. If not, then you may be directed to the location you could find a solution.
Lots of newbies come here and get the help they need, although we do TRY to involve them in the process of SOLVING THEIR problems at times, as frequently not enough information is provided on the first post, and solutions can require interaction from the person sitting in front of their computer.
You further show your confusion by talking about not paying exhorbitant prices. Where did that come from? This forum is FREE.
