Solve : 790, using an ATX power supply on 790 motherboard?

Hello, I am rather new to computers and need help ORDERING a new power supply that wont mess with my motherboard as I have read that ATX power supplies don't work on dell MOTHER boards. Can anyone please help?
I have a Dell HY9JP Optiplex 790 motherboard.
