I get this message when I find my website on google. I'm promoting a MarketHealth OFFER. I have a domain PURCHASED at GoDaddy and I used ( Forward With Masking), also I have private registration, if that helps any.

My question is how can I fix this as I can't edit the site as it's just an affiliate offer and I do not own the offer!.
