Answer» Hi, If this is a newer machine it sounds like you forgot to hook up the 4 pin ATX connector to the MBoard... I just CHECKED it and it is plugged in. I don't know why the computer would power on from flipping the PSU switch. Do you have an idea why that would happen? When the screen comes on it starts showing me what hardware I'm using. It GETS to the CPU but cuts off right after that.Check to see you didn't dislodge the following installing the PSU : Heatsink/fan assembly RAM stick or sticks Vid card CPU fan plug. Post back with results...
