ok first off i went to there live chat three times in one night and tried to get help but they did nothing for me, except TELLING me the same EXACT error the error message is telling me and not offering an solution..


ok i got an email telling me to remove my forum do to a bug.

ok i got the forum removed ok backed up and all, but when i go to try to install the newest version of the forum PHPBB i get a stupid error saying no valid directory. i left it blank like it said to and i still get that message. i tried to make a folder called forum in my Public_html folder and then put that as the directory and still the same error. i tried just /forum and error. I'm sorry if this is a simple fix but im still learning the WEBMASTER role.
