Answer» I added a second internal HDD and when WINDOWS reminded me that it was still not formatted, I let windows format it. It keeps failing the format process and I was wondering how else to go about this? Can I use the fdisk utility at the command PROMT? If so what STEPS do I take?Use Windows Disk Management to create partition and then you can format.How are you trying to format it? And are you doing a "full" format as opposed to a "quick" format? If not, do a FULL format, which will check the disk for ERRORS and repair any it finds.
