Answer» i honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong. Is there any way you can tell? Here is a new log where I tried again.

Be patient this make take some time depending on the speed of your Internet Connection. •When completed the Online Scan will begin automatically. •Do not touch either the Mouse or keyboard during the scan otherwise it may stall. •When completed select Uninstall application on close if you so wish, make sure you copy the logfile first! •Push •Use notepad to open the logfile located at C:\Program Files\ESET\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt. •Copy and paste that log as a reply to this topic. So I did it again and the Export to text file option was never there. I'm now TRYING it again and its no longer working. I did fix all the threats it pulled up though. Any other suggestions? Sorry it's been taking me so long to get back with you lately. I'm pregnant now and I'm just tired and sick all the time. Ok. How's your computer running now? Any other issues I should know about? |
