I saw a program on Discovery CHANNEL (CALLED "Futurecar") about this a few weeks ago. Awesome concept. Last I heard, the last thing left they wanted to work out was how to get the thing to refuel itself while moving (compressing air using compressed air or the movement of the vehicle).Could run a whole FLEET off the hot air in Washington, D.C.
