Well, we're on the last LEGS of repairs. All the house repairs are done / all the PAINTING is done / had the laminate floors put in last week / waiting for the carpeting to go in this week or next. After that the furniture comes up from the garage. This has been one long ordeal I don't want to do this anymore

Probably won't be active again until next month. I still have to do a lot of outside work to tune the place up. We live on 10+ acres and all of it was burned. There is an area inbetween the house and the road we call "the park". Well, it doesn't look like much of a park now because of so many burned up trees. My job is to cut down the ones that dies and clean up the area. On top of that I'm looking for work + studying for the Apple certification. As you can see, my hands are full. I do, however, check the forms almost every day to see what's going on.
