I am Building a computer and it is an AMD 64 Bit CPU.

Now Win Vista comes in 64 Bit but I can't find Win XP Pro in 64 Bit why??

I don't want Vista I always liked Win XP Pro but it only comes in 32 Bit.

If My CPU is an AMD 64 Bit and I run Win XP Pro 32 Bit will my CPU run Slower or will it not Process as fast?

Or does this mean something els when we talk about the Operating SYSTEM??You can get XP Pro X64 - I'm running it right now.
Just because you have a 64 bit CPU doesn't mean you need a 64 bit OS though, 32 bit will run just fine.

And does it not come with the Consale Pannel on the CD for runing Commands and things LIKE that??there is no SP3 for XP64, SINCE it is essentially the same as Windows server 2003 (or was it 2005?). Either way, you would need to purchase a copy from Microsoft.
