Solve : AMD Turion II Ultra Dual-Core Mobile M600?

I have a hp PAVILION dv7-3079wm and it has a AMD Turion II Ultra Dual-Core Mobile M600 Processor. And I am trying to find out if I can upgrade my processor to AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Deneb If you can help me that would be really kool.Notebook computers are not upgradeable.Can i go from
AMD Turion X2 Ultra Dual-Core M600 35-W, 2.40-GHz processor with 2-MB L2 cache
To
AMD Turion™ X2 Ultra Dual-Core M640 35-W, 2.60-GHz processor with 2-MB L2 cache

and if so would I see a difference?

An otherwise similar processor which is 8% faster - why bother? You wouldn't really see any CHANGE; it would be a waste of money. In any case, the RAM, hard DRIVE, etc, would not get any faster. There is very little point in UPGRADING a laptop.
