Solve : AMI Bios, 3 beeps on POST?

1.	Solve : AMI Bios, 3 beeps on POST?
Answer» 3 beeps on post, AMI says bad Base 64K Memory. seeing if anyone knows how to FIX it before i get a new MB. tried the ram 1 at a time etc.. everything is FITTED right. any suggestions?
