Which utility can i use to make animated signature like this one?

Do you mean the tiger or the Flame sig thing?[size=16]I am not meaning the tiger.

I want to write as "SHOUVIK" as that is written  "FLAME" in Flame's signature.

THE BACKGROUD IMAGE CAN BE ANYTHING ELSE.

How 's that possible?[/size]The 'Flame' is not animated and never will be with a 'jpg file.You can use .gif animators for ths.

But if you mean just fonts, there are different TYPES of fonts you can use to give shape to your name.

One I offered here at his forum.I USED Adobe PHOTOSHOP. It is not animated however. You would need to use .gif format for that to work.

it's a nice background to from that flame thing, where do you get it from or did you made it by yourself?I found it on a website a year or so ago. All I did to it was add the lines and text.
