Answer» I am getting an ERROR that SAYS 7031 spool sv.exe has encountered an error and needs to restart. Anybody have any ideas what this is about?PROBLEM solved. GOOD. How did you solve it?The driver was damaged. We removed the printer and printer driver from the network. Had to go into the registry editor and delete a few things as well.Thanks for the feedback. |
