its from 2004 PC, with p4 PROCESSER 2.66ghz, 1.25 gb RAM, xp, radeon 128mb 9600 xt

DC 12V 18A is more likely.There is no way to tell your PSU wattage by reading the label on the fan.

What the make and model of your computer?  Doing an Internet search on that info should yield sources telling the wattage of your PSU.  My guess is it's most likely somewhere close to 250 Watts.
