this is an image of what is happening to my poor SCREEN!!!

Hi,

OK, thats not a good sign!

Have you checked that the fan is still working on the card when the computer is on?

Made any other hardware changes recently?I downloaded ATiTool and i set the fan to 100% (and the fan actually does work)

and yeah =\ well my screen is normal now... no more weird stuff.. but the gfx card is still 85-90 degrees!

How filthy is your computer...dust-wise

to answer Carbon Dudeoxide's question ... um i open up the side of the tower .. and i think it is abit dusty in there but i dont know how to clean it... ive tried vaccum but i got told that, that is very BAD idea.
i was thinking about using a wet cloth to clean but i think that is also a bad idea..

how do i a clean my gfx card from dust??

tyNo... please don't use a vacuum or a wet cloth, both are a very bad idea.

Compressed air would work best to clean it if you can get a hold of a can of that?Quote

This may very well be the issue...

Please take the advice given on how NOT to clean anything inside the case...Drivers will not help a heat problem.
Cleaning the PC should help, if not then a new GPU may be the only solution.
85-90 is too high, most cards can run up to about 80 but any higher is bad news, especially for an older card.
4 years is pretty old, which is why I think it may be going south.w0000h artifacting!

Do as Calum suggested, get some air-in-a-can and clean the videocard. You might want to get a new HEATSINK + FAN and some new (good!) THERMAL paste as well to prolong its lifespan.

Unless it's passively cooled (Heatsink only) that is pretty high.
