Answer» i have a computer with three audio 'slots' a green one with my speakers currently plugged in and two others for microphone etc. i also have a hifi with a red and a white socket at the back. theoretically i can join my hifi to my computer through those sockets, but i CANT FIND a CABLE that will do the job. can i get a cable to go from the red and white sockets to my green speaker socket or not? and if so wat is the NAME of thie elusive cable that i need!? thanks for any help- and ther is a problem evertime i post this censored MESSAGE!Radio Shack always has cables or you can try cyberguys.comAt Radio Shack, ask for a 1/4" mini stereo phone jack at one end (your PC line out or headphone out/green) and "RCA" plugs at the other end (for your stereo input/red & white).
