Solve : audio no sound help?

Having problems with no sound.I have a yamaha ds xg sound card which i
have download its driver.It has no YELLOW marks in device manager all mute
has been turn off and it dose have power.The SPEAKERS a 2.1 with rca to 3.5mm socket to sound card.Can ANYBODY help.
Using WINDOWS 98SE
