Answer» My friend has an AST Ascentia 810N and his trackball won't WORK right. He can move the cursor up and down but when he turns it left or right it won't move. I tried it too, and I figured out that if you push on it REALLY hard it will turn. Is it BROKEN or can it be FIXED? We've tried taking it out and cleaning it but that only made things worse. Can you give me any suggestions that I can e-mail to him? Thanks! |
