Answer» Please is my problem formation. I've Dell Latitude x300 laptop on media base with two batteries 40% and 20% health each one. But charging hasn't gone at once when adapter cord connected. Battery icon in left-right corner shows an work AC adapter's input without charging empty batteries. But charging being switched regularly on without as estimated in any time by several hours later.
