In some ways YES Crap, who toke my Triquarter! It's a "tricorder"... the stories behind Star Wars and Star Trek are so vastly different that there really is no "knock-off" quality. Star Trek is in the future. Star Wars in in the distant past. Star Trek is in this galaxy, Star Wars is... well, GOD knows where. Now, other programs that came around, like babylon five, ARE knock OFFS in a sense.I used to really like that SHOW "Sliders". Anybody else ever watch it? I know it was cheesy, but I was a fan. There are 21 episodes here: http://www.hulu.com/sliders I've seen that, but I was around 8 at the time, and don't remember too much about it.I never heard of it.Were getting of topic...."Scotty beam me up..."We are locked on, Beaming up.
