Solve : BenQ Joybook 5100 WILL NOT BOOT - HELP!?

I have a BenQ Joybook 5100 that just will not boot. It started playing up, not booting properly about one MONTH ago and then last WEEK NOTHING. What could cause this? I thought the hard DRIVE but I tested it in my computer and it works fine. Could it be the power supply/lead, battery, or could it be motherboard/processor/RAM? Any HELP would be great.

TomIt could be all of those things. It could also be the joystick or it's drivers. Is that the only thing in your system not working right? If so, then I would start there.

What happened about a month ago? Do you have adware/spyware/virus protection?
