1.	Solve : BFG 9600gt makes anoying whining noises?
Answer» I bought a cheap hp desktop (a6402F) that I hoped to upgrade overtime as i earned money. I recently bought a BFG Geforce 9600GT OC but when I INSTALLED it and started b computer it made this annoying high PITCHED whing noise. I'm wondering why this might be HAPPENING. COULD it have anything todo with my PSU having to low of an Amp rating?
