Answer» Hello, my cd-rom just stopped WORKING. When i load a cd all i GET is a BLINKING light, I checked the device manager and it says my cd-rom is working properly. Can you please help me, thanks in advance JY..CD-ROM receiving power but does not work See if that article is of any USE to you.try opening the cd in the my computer window...or take out the cd and TWIST it a quarter of a turn..is this a burnt disk?
