Solve : Blinking light on PC?

I Have a Dell Dimension 3100.
It will not turn on, but the power LIGHT come on and keep BLINKING, no noise or beeping sound.
Can anyone help?WELCOME to the CH forums.

Good luck..Do you know if this pc has a light code on the back. If the manual doesn't say whats wrong. Let us know.
