Answer» My monitor just went bad after 9 months. Everything is readable but blurry (like reading newspaper WITHOUT reading glasses). Color and SHAPES are fine. Computer is about 5 YEARS old. You could test the monitor on another computer, but are the results the same as on the other PC then there is little chance of it RETURNING to its normal state. You may also try degaussing.
