Solve : Boot0: error plleeease heeellppp?

I recently tried to install Linux but I changed my mind before the installation stage I pressed EXIT and shut down but when I rebooted I got a boot0: error I do have a windows boot cd and my computer is a DELL INSPIRON 1545 plleeease help me When you say a "Windows boot CD" do you mean a Windows install disc? Also, boot0 error is a Macintosh THING I believe. What KIND of computer have you got? What was on it before?
