Solve : Brother DCP-135 C inkjet?

My printer (just over a year old) has stopped printing in colour. I've done the usual STUFF - cleaned PRINT heads, replaced CARTRIDGES (currently Brother originals) but it doesn't want to PLAY. If anyone's got any suggestions I'd be very grateful.
