Answer» I have a Brother HL-630 printer. All of a sudden the Paper is not feeding thru. The paper leaves the paper-feed-tray but gets stuck right at the point where it's going to enter the drum mechanism.
Any ideas.
thanksIs there anything stuck in the printer somewhere? Was anything spilled on the printer? Anything sticky? The paper is not wet is it?
[glb]FLAME[/glb]Flame,
I can't see anything stuck, It might be of the the gear mechanisms. It's extremely difficult OT troubleshoot.
None of the other ideas you mentioned are occuring.
Thanks
Is this a new printer? Can you take it back to the store for a refund?
[glb]Flame[/glb]The printer is 5 years old. It may be time for a new one. It serviced me well. But, I always attempt to fix things myself before I dicscard the products.I see... Well, my GUESS is that you just have a bad part in the paper feed.... You can take it in for repair...
