I wouldnt go with AMD
Your idea of going "mega" on the mobo for overclocking" ISNT a good one. Amds wont overclock too high in the first place so a good motherboard wont matter (on overclocking anyways)
GPU is pretty weak
What case and power supply?
Motherboards also have built in soundcards. I dont KNOW if you will notice much of a DIFFERENCE with that soundcard and the onboard motherboard soundcard. If I where you I would cut out the sound card and spend the money on a better gpu or something
