Solve : C:\ProgramData failed to access?

1.	Solve : C:\ProgramData failed to access?
Answer» every time i OPEN it or GO to its properties, it always close like 1sec or less, i can still SEE it but closing too fast, do i need to remove SOMETHING in order to access it or something is blocking me to access it?
