1.	Solve : Can a 5.1 x-530 Logitech system + 2 JBL speakers = a functioning 7.1 system???
Answer» Hi, I recently purchased a set of Logitech x-530 speakers and REALIZED afterwards that my sound card only has 4 channels. So, I'm thinking about upgrading my sound card in order to have full functionality with my 5.1 system...but I'm wondering if I COULD upgrade to a 7.1 sound card that will SUPPORT my Logitech 5.1 system plus 2 additional JBL speakers that came with my computer. Is that possible? If so, do you recommend it...or should I just STICK with a 5.1 sound card and ditch the 2 extra speakers? Thanks! PranaMost 7.1 cards should be backwards COMPATIBLE with 5.1... Check the manuf. website to be sure.
