Answer» The right 1/4 of my old HP laptop screen is broke and does not display anything. I would like to adjust the display of the screen to fit in the 3/4 of the screen that works. I do not want to change the resolution; I want to change the position and size of the display so I can see everything. As you can see in the attached image it is currently RUNNING UBUNTU. If there is no WAY to fix this problem in Ubuntu I would like to hear recommendations for any operating system. Thank you. Or at least be ABLE to move the black bar at the top into a position where I can see the icons that are blocked.
