ARMA 2 is a fairly demanding game, and your computer's power supply won't power a video card that's powerful enough to run the game well. Additionally, ARMA's game engine is very CPU intensive, and your CPU simply isn't up to the task. If you do have a half decent graphics card in there, you'll be able to play on medium/low settings, but it's unlikely your graphics card (if you have one and it's not just the onboard, it could vary) will handle it.
