Intel C2D 2.2 GHz/Athlon X2 5000+ and HD 3650/GeForce 8800 GT. I would say PASS, because a HD 6670 is in between an 8800 GT and the low-end HD 3650.

It would help if you upgraded your GPU to something slightly more beefier, like the Radeon HD 5770 or the 6770.
You can't upgrade your Core 2 Duo to a Core i series-your C2D relies on the LGA 775 socket, and the fastest you can upgrade to is a Core 2 Extreme X9770.
