Solve : Can I still buy a printer with a parallel interface socket connection??

Answer»

I have a Psion 3a (I know, welcome to the 21st century!) and I can't print out from it unless the printer can accept the 36-pin parallel interface link. like my now defunct HP deskjet 3820 did? Trouble is all my accounts are on the Psion...aargh!I don't know whether printers that work with parallel PORTS are still available on the market, so another option, if you have an available PCI slot in your computer, is to add USB CAPABILITY by installing a USB PCI card, such as:
SYBA PCI USB 2.0 4+1 shared port controller card.  The cost is low. Thanks, soybean, but the Psion is a palm top, now obsolete, and there's no chance of adding anything to it!,Does it have an infrared port ? ?
If so this may be an option...Thanks, PATIO. Sadly not.....Yikes!  That IS old!

Longshot, but...any network capability?  If so, print via network connection.

Otherwise, your best bet would be to look on eBay for an identical printer...
