All of a sudden my sister can not see videos or photos on her computer. E.G. I sent her a website. She was able to read it but not see the photos. I sent her a video file, she couldn't see it.
Any clues?
JackMore information on her system please... Does she have virus and Spyware protection? Has she ever been able to view photos and videos?

[glb]Flame[/glb]I just got more info. It seems she can only not see the things that I sent to her which is very strange because everyone else can. There was a windows MEDIA file-she has win media yet still COULD not play it. Also, I sent her a link to a website which she could pull up but could not see the pics, only writing.
Yes, she used to see it all.
