Just last night. i tried to log onto my computer.. and within 10minutes later, my screen on my desktop turned completely black, and not only that..   but i was unable to move my mouse.. or type anything..  it was as if my power was shut off, but it wasn't? my power was on.. and my computer was plugged in   can someone help me? i'm completely lost. I don't know what to do..   a friend has told me.. that MAYBE it has something to do with my ram? or graphics.. i don't know..   my screen shuts off on its own..   just as if i were to shut off the power.   And also the lights on my computer are DIM.. they use to be more bright before.. maybe i have a battery problem.. if anyone has any idea.. as to what the problem could be, can you please let me know? or email me.. i would be deeply appreciative  thank you <3In regards about the post i just left, i have another problem to mention..   also when i was running scans with both norton ,and malwarebytes,  ...   no virus or any other problems were detected..  but norton has been notifying me of  multiple " high cpu usage" and im unsure of what that could be from?..  it was saying that to me..  from various PROGRAMS i been using.  Such as ( firefox, aim ) other websites..   i don't understand the reason in why my computer is having these problems.. this is the first time this has happened..   please read my other post.. and this as well and get back to me..  and let me know what i should do Please do not start new threads for existing problems.
