When i am making a back-up COPY of music everything is fine, but when i try to do a DVD i GET no joy. Is this to do with any of the below??

Are you getting an error message? What software are you using? Did it ever work? If so have you made any changes? Did you try to defrag your HARD drive and then do a burn?

I got the PC off Ebay. I have not been able to make dvd back-ups at all, only music.

Will i need a DVD/CD rw to sort the prob out??? not to sure....
