I am having a really ANNOYING problem. I have an eMachines T2824 that is under a year old, and I can't burn CDs. Music or data. I can't get the Windows XP burning to work, the Windows Media Player burning to work, or iTunes to work. They all give me an error half way through and eject the CD, and the CD is unusable after that. I have tried every possible CD burning speed and nothing works. I tried installing the CD burning patch, but I couldn't because it said I have SP1. What can I do?

It burns the files perfectly fine, but when it gets almost done finishing the disc, it sits for about five minutes and then says "An error occurred"   . Has this ever happened to anyone? Quote
