Answer» I have a problem with a Cannon Printer printing grayscale graphics as a brownish Sepia tint. I have tested the print with MICROSOFT Word 3000, Word Pad, on a Windows XP system. The hardware noozle test also prints the grayscale little blocks with a brownish tint. I replaced the Black ink CARTRIDGE with a NEW one and no change. Does grayscale use just the black ink? Does anyone have any ideas or how to CONTACT cannon Support?
